5. Professional services
Rivelle Group Ltd provides architectural design, construction, interior design and specialist surveying services. Any engagement of our professional services is governed by a separate client agreement, which will be provided and agreed upon prior to the commencement of any project.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide professional services. All project enquiries are subject to our availability, a consultation process and the execution of a formal client agreement.
We make no guarantee that any design proposal, planning application or construction project will achieve a specific outcome. All professional work is carried out with reasonable skill and care in accordance with applicable standards.
6. Shop collection - purchases
Our studio at The Long Barn, Duncton Mill, Petworth houses a curated collection of furnishings and interior pieces available for purchase in person. All sales are subject to the following terms.
Prices are as displayed in the studio and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment is required in full at the point of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed in the studio at the time of your visit.
Risk in any item purchased passes to you upon collection or delivery. Title in any item passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
7. Returns and refunds
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item purchased from our studio collection, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Bespoke, made-to-order or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty
- Items that have been damaged after purchase cannot be returned
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rivellegroup.com or call 01798 651 600. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be made using the original payment method.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this returns policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivelle Group Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained within it.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim.
